Do you qualify?
As a medical professional you are eager to learn and open to new experiences, while also being responsible in your interactions with both patients and collegues.
Doctor (m/f)
- You have graduated from medical school and passed your state exam.
- At least a general knowledge of German on level C1
Nurse (m/f)
- Completed training as a public health nurse or nurse practitioner (m/f)
- At least a general knowledge of German at level B1

The Med Career Germany recruitment team will assess your submitted qualifications and professional background and provide you with initial feedback regarding your application.<br/ ><br/ >
Once we have notified you that your application is successful we will start submitting your CV to prospective employers.
You will be contacted as soon as we have found a suitable employer after which you will proceed to Step 4.
Employer Interview Process
Once we have found a suitable Employer you will be asked to take part in an interview. The goal of the interview is to assess your professional skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
We will assist by preapring and guiding you through this process.
Preparation and Guidance
After a successful interview process you may be given the opportunity to work with the healthcare institution that interviewed you. We will assist you with every step in ensuring this process goes smoothly.
- You will receive support in gathering any additional documentation (e.g., translated qualifications, proof of language proficiency, work experience certificates).
- We will ensure you are fully prepared for the licensing or recognition process, including meeting any legal or administrative requirements.
- Guidance is provided on cultural integration, the German healthcare system, and any preparatory steps for licensing exams or equivalency processes.
Start Your Career
Congratulations! Once all the previous steps have been completed, you can begin working in the German healthcare system.
