Do you qualify?
As a medical professional you are eager to learn and open to new experiences, while also being responsible in your interactions with both patients and collegues.
Doctor (m/f/d)
- You have graduated from medical school and passed your state exam.
- At least a general knowledge of German on level C1
Nurse (m/f/d)
- Completed training as a public health nurse or nurse practitioner (m/f/d)
- At least a general knowledge of German at level B1

The Med Career Germany recruitment team will assess your submitted qualifications and professional background and provide you with initial feedback regarding your application.
We will then invite you for a first video interview with one of the Med Career Germany consultants. The goal of this online conversation is to assess your professional skills and your proficiency in the German language.

Once we have found a suitable employer you will be asked to take part in an interview. We will assist by preparing and guiding you through this process.

After a successful interview process you may be given the opportunity to work with the healthcare institution that interviewed you. We will assist you with every step in ensuring this process goes smoothly.

Our Service Description
- Pre-selection of suitable candidates and scheduling a video interview with your favourite candidates.
- Fees for language courses (A1-B2), language examination B1, possibly B2, language certificate B1, possibly B2 in the home country, translations, certifications, postage.
- Fees for intermediaries/partners.
- Consultation for the recognition process, communication with recognition authorities, support with application submission until the issuance of the recognition certificate.
- Consultation and support for work and residence permits: Application for preliminary approval from the Federal Employment Agency or application for the fast-track skilled workers procedure at the immigration office, possibly personal appearance to sign agreements depending on the requirements of the immigration authorities, extension of residence permits, transfer of work and residence permits to a new employer.
- Coordination of travel, including reception in Germany and transfer from the airport/train station/bus station to accommodation, travel expenses to Germany (economy class), welcome package with a food care package and SIM card.
- Consultation and support for integration in Germany, including health insurance, social security, citizens’ office/residence registration, bank account opening, liability insurance.
- Consultation and support for residence permit extension.
