Transfer Course ExpiringMCC will take a transfer course from U.S. colleges and universities accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Students must achieve a C degree or better in transfer classes. The transfer course must have a course equivalent to MCC. Unrivalled courses can be transferred as election credit. Zero series courses (which have a course code of less than 100) are not transferred to the requirements of the study list. The Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) allows students to complete general education requirements at a college or university and then transfer them to another university or university, without exception, to meet general education requirements. A transfer student is defined as a student of the traditional age (under the age of 24 by the federal government) who has attended or attended another university or university. Other schools and higher education institutions have different requirements for the transmission of MTA course certificates and different requirements from the courses required for admission. Students must be accepted by transfer applicants who have submitted all official transcripts of the university. Please note that all courses that correspond to a main or incidental requirement must be approved by the chair of the relevant department.
